Do you ship internationally?

We ship products worldwide unless prohibited due to shipping or courier restrictions imposed by the receiver's country.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are a flat $10 for US/AU/NZ, everywhere else is a flat $15.

Cost of shipping will be added at the checkout stage of your order.

How long will it take to receive my product?

On orders held in stock shipping will be processed within 10 business days.

On orders placed on pre-order products shipping will be processed within 10 business days upon completion of production.

**Pre-order production takes 4-6 weeks from the closure of stores

Once the item has been shipped standard waiting time apply but for example:

North America: 10-20 Business days.
South America: 1-3 Months
West Europe: 10-20 Business days
East Europe: 10-20 Business days
UK: 10-20 Business days
Africa: 30-45 Business Days
Middle East: 30-45 Business days
SEA: 10-20 Business days
China: 10-20 Business days
Australia: 10-20 Business days
New Zealand: 10-20 Business days

Where is my product?

Once a product has been shipped you will be able to track its progress with the tracking information sent to you via the email address linked to your order.

Once the product has been sent to the courier all updates will take place through the tracking number provided.

Why am I being charged a customs fee?

Any import taxes/VAT fees charged by your government are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure you have looked into this as an added cost before purchasing.


Can I purchase in my own currency?

The default currency unless otherwise stated is USD all payments will be converted to USD at the current exchange rate utilized by our payment system.

Can I exchange or return a product?

All product purchases on pre-order items are final. We suggest you take your time when ordering to ensure correct sizing and that you have a complete understanding of delivery expectations and time frames.

All product purchases on items held in stock are final. We will however accept returns on products sent back to us within 14 days of arrival. All returned products must still be sealed in original packaging, unworn and able to be resold. Any returns or exchanges on these products will require customers to pay for re-shipping. Any refunds on returned items can take up to 90 days to be approved and processed.

We strongly advise you take your time to ensure that the product you ordered is the correct size, quantity and item you want before finalizing your purchase. Faulty products will require you to email support with your order information and photos of the product.
